At the beginning this month, I went to Bali (again) to attend my cousin’s wedding. We didn’t visit many places because of the hectic schedule. We only spent like 4 days there and we stayed at the hotel most of the time. My only free times were only on Friday night and Saturday. That’s OK! We can visit again later, beside the purpose of this trip is attending my cousin’s wedding 🙂
It is never boring to go to this beautiful island. So many new cafes/restaurants and the beaches are beautiful. The airport is wayyyyy better than 6 months ago. I’m very surprised with the new airport. It’s even better than the one we have here in Jakarta. It’s very nice 🙂
My husband, my sister, and I arrived first. My other families came the next day. Our plane got delayed 🙁 We arrived around dinner time. Went to Seminyak area, it’s too crowded! But we’re so hungry so we decided to visit the least crowded cafe here. I wanted to try Ultimo but there’re like 10 more people in the waiting list. So, our choice was The Coffee Library. The food is ok, the meat is tough. The service is very slow! Our food came like 30-45 minutes later 🙁 We’re so hungry don’t have energy to get mad, plus the waiters are nice so we just let it go and just want to eat our food.
After that we went back to the hotel because it’s already 11pm and we must wake up in the morning to pick up my family at the airport and had lunch at Ayam Betutu Gilimanuk which is delicious! The sambal is very spicy.
After lunch, we went to Pandawa Beach. The view is nice and the beach is not so crowded. I love it here! Too bad it’s raining when we got there 🙁 BUT! Must at least play on the beach for a while. Don’t want to waste our only precious time here without taking photos on the beach :p
After visiting the beach, we went to the hotel and met my other relatives there. There’s family dinner that night. And the next day is the wedding day. Seeing people busy preparing the wedding, I’m kind of missed it too 😀
The wedding took place in Tirtha Uluwatu and it’s a beautiful place to wed. Didn’t want to bore you with the details so let’s just enjoy the photos below 😉

Where’s day 3? I will make a separate post for the wedding day 🙂
